Verify.IMTM provides 5 levels of trust through a number of different, yet complimentary, verification processes. Each of the levels builds upon the other and thus each adds an additional layer of trust and authenticity.
Level 1
Verification Level 1 is a simple solution for those who wish to have a little added online authenticity. The only requirement is that you provide proof of ownership (control) of a profile at one of 6 third-party service providers. It has the added benefit of being 100% free.
Level 2
Verification Level 2 requires that you pay a nominal one-time fee using a PayPal account and fax or email a copy of a government issued picture ID displaying a valid physical address. In most cases this will be a drivers license or ID card.
Level 3
Verification Level 3 requires an ongoing monthly charge against your PayPal account. This provides consistent verification that your PayPal account is still active.
Level 4
Verification Level 4 requires the submission of a recent mobile phone bill (or utility bill) having a matching physical address as your picture id card. If the address has changed on the ID card since previous verification then both documents must be submitted.
Level 5
Verification Level 5 requires a voice confirmation by a live identity verification specialist. Upon application an specialist will call the phone number on the submitted utility bill at a prearranged date and time.
